We ship within the lower 48 contiguous US states via FedEx, UPS, common carrier or specialty furniture carrier, depending upon the size, weight, destination and service level you choose. Expedited shipping is available for many items for an upcharge. See details below for a description of shipping charges and service levels.

if you live in the lower 48 United States. Delivery will be made at our standard service level by an appropriate carrier of our choice.
Typically, orders will ship from the warehouse in 1-2 business days. Most sets and larger orders will be delivered by common carrier to your garage or first dry area. You should expect in-transit time of 4-10 days depending on your location. Items that can be shipped by FedEx should arrive in 3-7 business days.
"White Glove" Delivery is available for many items shipping to most locations for a total charge equal to 18% of your pre-tax order total with a minimum charge of $99. White Glove delivery includes assembly of your furniture; placement of furniture where directed; and removal of all packaging materials. Quoted delivery times are typically the same as standard delivery although White Glove service can sometimes add up to two weeks additional delivery time.
Expedited Shipping and Handling is available for many items. Give us a call and we will get the lowest available quoted price for your required level of service. Please note some items can not be expedited due to weight or distance constraints. If you choose expedited shipping and we cannot accommodate that request, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping is also available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Additional charges will apply. Also, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for delivery to coastal islands and other non-standard destinations that typically incur additional delivery charges. (You know who you are.)
